Note: Membership to EUROMECH is mandatory.

Non-members are requested to pay at least the 1-year EUROMECH membership (the membership costs: 30€ for 1 year or 150€ for 5 years).

1) In-person attendees/speakers

  • Early-bird registration (before May 22th, 2022)

          EUROMECH member : 450 Euro
          Non-member + 1 year EUROMECH membership : 480 Euro

  • Late Registration (after May 22th 2022 and before June 15th 2022)

           EUROMECH member : 500 Euro
           Non-member + 1 year EUROMECH membership : 530 Euro


2) Online Speakers (must send their contribution, which will be shown during the colloquium)

  • Early-bird registration (before May 22th, 2022)

          EUROMECH member : 200 Euro
          Non-member + 1 year EUROMECH membership : 230 Euro

  • Late Registration (after May 22th 2022 and before June 15th 2022)

           EUROMECH member : 300 Euro
           Non-member + 1 year EUROMECH membership : 330 Euro


3) Online attendees (must not be speakers)

  • Registration before June 15th, 2022

           EUROMECH member : 100 Euro
           Non-member + 1 year EUROMECH membership : 130 Euro

4) Accompanying person

  • Registration before June 15th, 2022
          150 Euro (including welcome cocktail/dinner and Gala dinner)

Note that registration is not possible after June 15th, 2022.

The registration fee for in-person speakers/attendess also includes:

The registration fee for the online speakers includes:

  • Book of Abstract
  • Access to live streaming of the talks
  • Post-conference access to recorded talks
  • Note: Online speakers (unable to attend in person) are asked to send a pre-recorded video of their talk: The video will then be shown to in-person attendees during the conference

The registration fee for the online attendees includes:

  • Book of Abstract
  • Access to live streaming of the talks


Cancellation/Refunding policy:
Cancellation fee until May 30, 2022: 100 EUR.

No refund is granted after May 30, 2022.

Note that it is possible to switch from in person to online modalities until May 30, 2022.

Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.

Registration

Registrations will be done online through www.easyconferences.org. Participants may pay instantly using their credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD), or by bank transfer. A one-stop-shop software is used for the whole registration process, www.easyconferences.org. The whole process is very easy to use, it is totally secure and can be completed in a few minutes.

Please note that the software provides participants with the possibility to complete the registration process in steps/periodically; The system will accept unlimited changes/updates up to the closing of the online registration process before the start of the conference.
